Buffalo milk has a higher content of fat, protein, and calcium compared to cow’s milk, making it more nutritious and energy-rich. Its predominant beta-casein A2 composition aids digestion and reduces the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort in people sensitive to beta-casein A1 found in cow’s milk. Additionally, its creamier texture and rich nutrient profile make it ideal for producing cheeses like mozzarella.

Our family enjoyed the most remarkable experience from Costa Rica at Hacienda Bufalus. Our kids ran in the pastures, feed the calves, while my husband and I loved taking morning hikes in the forest and the cheese making workshop.
